Orientation & Onboarding (All Volunteers):

Online via Google Classroom / Zoom, 1/4/26 - 1/25/26, 5-6pm, live and recorded)

Introduction to the organization, skill assessment, overview of program and services, volunteer rights and responsibilities, character and code of conduct, confidentiality an data protection, mentoring program (introduction) and assignments (ongoing)

Core Training (All Volunteers):

Hope Plaza, 3/21/26, 9am - 3pm

Communications (verbal/non-verbal), research/analysis/reporting, teamwork and collaboration (conflict resolution component), health and safety, financial planning

Role-Specific Training (Lead Volunteers):

Servant leadership

Servant leadership, Community and stakeholder relations, Hope Plaza, 4/4/26, 9am - 3pm

Program management

Program management. This course will focus specifically on integration through CCMMG Resource Centers. Hope Plaza, 4/18/26, 9am - 3pm

Facilities management

Facilities management (includes emergency preparedness/response), Tools and technologies, Financial strategies and budgets, Hope Plaza, 5/2/26, 9am - 3pm

Administration

Administration (e.g. insurance, reporting, files, forms/documentation Hope Plaza, 5/16/26, 9am - 3pm

Certification:

SafeKeepers

A safe from harm seminar for street/children's ministries, Sat. Jan 31, 10am - 12 noon, Hope Plaza. Cost: $20 CCM volunteers, $55 non-CCM volunteers
